Morgan and Christian’s Engagement in Quechee, Vt

Morgan and Christian were such a cute couple from the moment we first spoke. They both seemed very involved with the process which is something I love to see. For their engagement session, they chose a few different locations in Vermont including a visit to where they had their very first date - Quechee Gorge.

To start off, it was an extremely humid day but neither of them let it get in the way of capturing their magic. Whether visiting the Gorge, getting sprayed by a waterfall or lying beneath the canopy of a tree these two were up for whatever came their way. We had time to get to know each other as we made the most of the environments and by the end of the session I felt like we were friends (which is always a goal of mine). They also decided to bring their dog, Millie, along which added some extra variety to what we captured. Millie was a great sport through it all and, even though she got distracted from time to time, she was a total pro when it counted.

At the end of the session I felt the images represented Morgan and Christian’s relationship really well. Nothing seemed forced or out of character for them - they were simply being themselves and I was following along. I had an awesome experience with both of them and feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to play a part in their engagement.
